For over 20 years clients throughout Southeast Michigan have come to Robert B. Labe for world-class legal services. Mr. Labe's law practice focuses on all aspects of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Probate, Business Law and Business Succession Planning, Corporate Law and Taxation. He has developed significant expertise in business law, business succession planning, estate planning and estate and trust law.
Mr. Labe has participated as a frequent lecturer and author for seminars and publications on corporate, tax and estate planning law topics. He is frequently asked by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education at the University of Michigan, National Business Institute and the State Bar of Michigan to instruct attorneys and certified public accountants in the latest legal issues related to business law, tax and estate planning matters. He also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Walsh College Graduate Tax Program.

Mr. Labe’s awards include his selection as a Michigan "Super Lawyer" (a designation reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in Michigan) and his designation by DBusiness Magazine as a top lawyer in Metropolitan Detroit. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in America. Mr. Labe is a past member of the Oakland County Bar Foundation's Board of Directors.
Mr. Labe's professional affiliations include membership and participation in the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association, where he has served as Chairman of the Probate, Estate and Trust Committee and the Business Law Committee. In addition, he is active in several professional associations including the Institute of Continuing Legal Education at the University of Michigan (Business Law Advisory Board Member) and the Metropolitan Detroit Financial and Estate Planning Council. Mr. Labe has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest proficiency rating.
