Overview

Mark R. James possesses more than two decades of experience in the area of corporate law. His practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, commercial and private lending and related business law matters. He assists his clients in the areas of entity selection and formation, drafting and negotiating documents and structuring and closing transactions. Mark also practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions and entertainment law.

Mark represents a wide range of clients operating in a variety of industries, including national retailers and wholesalers, big box retailers, specialty and international manufacturers, shopping center owners, property developers, healthcare entities, small and closely held businesses, and start-ups.
