Overview

Julie Harding is an integral part of the firm’s litigation practice, assisting with the prosecution and defense of business, commercial, and real estate matters.

From pleadings to judgment, Julie is involved at every stage of a lawsuit, drawing from her past experience with two civil litigation firms. She supports the firm’s attorneys with general litigation projects as well as with analyzing, viewing, coding, redacting, and producing electronically stored information (ESI).

During the discovery phase, Julie drafts and responds to interrogatories, documents and records requests, motions, and subpoenas, and schedules depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses. When cases go to trial, she supports the war room and works alongside the attorneys to offer technical support and assemble evidence, transcripts, and other material, leaving no stone unturned.

Julie also excels at “client care,” not only corresponding and communicating with our valued clients to keep them informed about their cases, but also serving as a point of contact when they have questions and concerns.
