Overview

Mike brings a strong commitment to zealous advocacy and a results-driven approach to his legal practice. He is an associate attorney at Williams, Williams, Rattner & Plunkett, P.C., where he focuses on business and commercial litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex disputes, including shareholder litigation, real estate and construction matters, fraud claims, fiduciary duty claims, and breach of contract disputes.

Mike earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, graduating in the top 16% of his class. During law school, he was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship for Excellence, named to the Dean’s List, and received the highest grade in Advanced Advocacy. He also gained valuable experience clerking for various private practice firms, working in tax law, probate and estate planning, general civil litigation, commercial business litigation, and municipal defense. Mike passed the Michigan Bar Exam in 2020 with a score of 169, placing him in the top 5% of test takers.

Prior to joining WWRP, Mike spent the first four years of his career as an associate attorney at a respected Macomb County law firm, where his practice encompassed general civil litigation, commercial business litigation, probate and estate planning, and municipal defense, appearing in both state and federal courts.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland University, providing him with a strong foundation in financial analysis that he regularly draws upon in his litigation practice. Mike is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Active in his community, Mike currently serves as Treasurer of the Chaldean American Bar Association.
