Susan A. Orozco focuses on a wide range of legal areas including real estate, and land use litigation, family law, estate planning, commercial litigation, and corporate and real-estate transactions. Ms. Orozco joined Williams, Williams, Rattner & Plunkett, P.C. in 2007 as a law clerk. Now an attorney, Ms. Orozco is admitted to practice in the state courts of Michigan and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Orozco served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Nancy G. Edmunds in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Previously, she worked as a law clerk at Van Belkum & Felty P.C, a malpractice defense firm. Ms. Orozco also served as a congressional intern to Congressman John D. Dingell in Washington, D.C.
While in law school, Ms. Orozco held a position as a senior member of Moot Court and as a student attorney for the Nonprofit Corporations Clinic. As a member moot court, Ms. Orozco competed in the Michigan Moot Court competition where she was awarded the first place award for best brief and was a competition semi-finalist. Ms. Orozco was also a Law Day competition semi-finalist and served as a coach of the Constitutional Law Competitive Team. She is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the Beta Gama Sigma Honor Society.
