For 15 years, Mr. Walker has focused his practice on commercial and complex civil litigation at the trial court and appellate levels, state and federal, as well as the arbitration of these claims.

Mr. Walker’s practice is concentrated on employment litigation, construction law and business disputes involving corporations and limited liability companies and their members. He is experienced in litigation involving real estate, land use and condominium law. Mr. Walker also has extensive experience with personal injury litigation, including the defense of asbestos claims, with special expertise in medical malpractice law. He advises clients on a wide variety of employment and business matters.

Mr. Walker has lectured physicians, nurses and other health care professionals on a variety of medical-legal issues. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Michigan, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Walker is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the Heath Care Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
